I AM

I Am your heart and your eyes
I wonder if you feel something for me
I hear My heart Beat Go fast When I see You
I see A Beautiful angel who was sent for me
I want to be with you
I am your heart and your eyes

I pretend to see you as a friend
I feel a Nod in my throat when i see you
I touch your aroma of your hair
I worry you wont love me
I cry When I imagine you in my mind
I am your heart and your eyes

I understand you probably love someone else
I say I believe love at first sight
I dream of giving you the stars and my life
I try to make you mine
I hope one day you could be my lady for the rest of my life.

Col. Joe M. Jackson A Hero!

                                                                          Rank: Colonel
                                                             Organization: United States Air Force
                                                                          Enlisted: 1941
                                                   Date And Place: January 16, 1969 , Washington D.C.

He Receive The Metal Of Honor For conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity in action at the risk of his life above and beyond the call of duty. Lt. Col. Jackson distinguished himself as pilot of a C-123 aircraft. Lt. Col. Jackson volunteered to attempt the rescue of a 3-man USAF Combat Control Team from the Special Forces camp at Kham Duc. Hostile forces had overrun the forward outpost and established gun positions on the airstrip. They were raking the camp with small arms, mortars, light and heavy automatic weapons, and recoilless rifle fire. The camp was engulfed in flames and ammunition dumps were continuously exploding and littering the runway with debris. In addition, eight aircraft had been destroyed by the intense enemy fire and one aircraft remained on the runway reducing its usable length to only 2,200 feet. To further complicate the landing, the weather was deteriorating rapidly, thereby permitting only one air strike prior to his landing. Although fully aware of the extreme danger and likely failure of such an attempt. Lt. Col. Jackson elected to land his aircraft and attempt to rescue. Displaying superb airmanship and extraordinary heroism, he landed his aircraft near the point where the combat control team was reported to be hiding. While on the ground, his aircraft was the target of intense hostile fire. A rocket landed in front of the nose of the aircraft but failed to explode. Once the combat control team was aboard, Lt. Col. Jackson succeeded in getting airborne despite the hostile fire directed across the runway in front of his aircraft. Lt. Col. Jackson's profound concern for his fellow men, at the risk of his life above and beyond the call of duty are in keeping with the highest traditions of the U.S. Air Force and reflect great credit upon himself, and the Armed Forces of his country.

Almost There!

A goal that I almost accomplish is to get my own car. My parents wont give me the car until I finished Drivers Ed which the class is going to end in the first weeks of November. I still have to pass traffic to get my license but the good thing is that I passed Range. I'm close to reach that goal to get my own car. Another goal that I was to see a Chicago Bull's game. My uncle got four tickets to see them play at there first season game versus the Milwaukee Bucks at first they weren't doing good but they got better at the last two quarters which the bulls won the game.

Martin Luther King's Famous Speech

"I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judge by there color of their skin but by the content of their character.......
-Martin Luther King Jr

This Quote is from the famous speech of Martin Luther King is saying that he dreams that one day his kids would live in this country without being discriminated by people. He wants this country to be united together as a nation and to stop racism. He wants to all white children and all black children, and other type children to be friends because they are the future.

Harlem(A Dream Deferred)
By Langston Hughes

What happens to a dream deferred?
Does it dry up
Like a raisin in the sun
Or fester like a sore
And then run?
Does it stink like rotten meat?
Or crust and sugar over
Like a syrupy sweet?

Maybe it just sags
Like a heavy load.
Or does it explode?

A Broken Heart
By Francisco Montano

What happens to a broken heart?
Does it die
Like a Insect being stomped
Or does it bleed out tears
And then go away?
Does it feels like someone just open your chest and crushed your heart down to pieces
Or chocolate and vanilla syrup over
Ice cream?

Maybe it just stays like that broken
Like a old broken window
Or does it erupts?

This poem talks about a broken heart that just got rejected by a girl he felt in love with. It talks about how a person felts in love with this person but that person dont even care about the love that the other person has for her.
He feels like the world just came crushing down his spine.

The American Dream Of My Parents

People who come to this country have a dream to accomplish in life, just the one that my parents have. My mom came to the United States in 1991 she spent three days on Tijuana, Then they gave her a fake ID so she could use to get in the U.S. My Mom's American Dream is that she wants to see Me and My Brothers have a great career and to be someone in the future And she wants to become a citizen and learn English.

My Dad is a little bit different he came here by crossing the border Illegally just 3 months after getting married to my Mom. He Help my mom to get her a fake ID And he went to pick her up at Austin, Texas then they went to Chicago were my Dad had a house with my Grandparents. My Dad's American Dream is to make Me and My Brothers to have a better life than he did cause he did not went to school when he was little. Also He Wants to see Me and My Brothers to have a job to support our families and tells us to never forget our culture.
